Henedino T. Canlas
Henedino "Ned" Tan Canlas is a graduate of BSC Banking and Finance at the Assumption College of Pampanga.
He was a working student (school janitor) at the university, and then moved to being a bank manager, applying his knowledge from his earned degree in banking and finance.
His work experiences included sales: Columbia Tobacco Corp., Vibelle Manufacturing Corp-beauty products, Colgate Palmolive Phils., and transportation business.
As to his final career in banking, he spent 28 years in the industry - Rural Banking, COMTRUST, and Bank of the Phil. Islands (BPI).
Ned is an active member of JASHS Batch '70 and served as officer and two (2) terms as president. His past experience in our alumni association comes very handy, now that he is again at the forefront as a Board of Directors of our batch, from 2024-2026.
He is married with another batch mate, Imelda Vicente, and they have two (2) sons and four (4) beautiful granddaughters. He considers himself as a full time family man, but still serves as a consultant to his sons involving medical laboratory supplies, and the automotive sales industry. The family is with a non-denominational born again Christian.
