Ariel O. Sawal
Ariel savored a life rich with experiences and wisdom. Life has taught him resilience and the beauty of connecting with others.
He completed his B.S. in Commerce, Major in Accounting from Adamson University in 1986, as a working student. He started his early career doing utility and messenger work, at ED. M. Sison Co., Inc., then moved to Rock & Dirt Equipment Corp. as a Bookkeeper and Paymaster.
At Homonhon Manila Resources, Inc., he was Administrative and Finance Officer. Ariel had extensive work experience during his entire career as Sales Manager/Supervisor; Division Head in various major companies like Proctor & Gamble, Globe Telecom, Mead Johnson, Smithkline Beecham, etc.
Now retired, he revels in simple pleasures like gardening, cooking, and reading. Ariel could not stay idle - he still works as Head of Lupon Tagapamayapa of Barangay San Matias. He gets satisfaction from being instrumental in helping solve complaints from the residents of the barangay. Now that he has told his story, he encourages friends, especially JASHS ’70 bath mates, to share theirs, as well, including laughter, as they journey together.
JASHS Batch ’70
Graduates of JASHS Batch ’70 meet annually to stay connected, enjoy camaraderie, share meals and drinks, dance, and engage in Maritess-an. Supported by alumni donations, our informal association thrives without formal by-laws, overcoming challenges with dedication and love, ensuring our joyful tradition continues.
